About this role
As a Senior Territory Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Syncell’s presence across the region by introducing the Microscoop® platform and consumables to leading research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and biotech organizations. This field-based position requires strong technical expertise and business acumen to engage customers, drive adoption, and accelerate sales growth. You will develop and execute sales strategies, working closely with technical teams to ensure customer success.

Who are we looking for...
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (e.g., molecular biology, genomics, proteomics, histology); advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) preferred.
- 4+ years in sales, with a proven track record in capital equipment and consultative selling.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Ability to travel extensively within the territory (50%+), a strong desire to win business, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

- Maintain detailed and timely updates in the CRM system to support forecasting and internal communication.
- Take ownership of the sales process, focusing on long-term customer success and satisfaction.
