Founded in 2020, Kimialys now gathers a team of 24 people, trusted by leading in vitro assay developers and pharmaceutical laboratories worldwide to bring unique expertise and possibilities in biomolecule detection, selection and characterization.

About this role
Kimialys is now looking to strengthen its management team with a Head of Sales & Marketing, to propel the company to the next level in terms of offering adoption on a global scale in biomolecule detection, selection and characterization.
This position offers a unique opportunity to take part in the structuration of an innovative and growing company, while building lasting relationships with some of the most innovative pharmaceutical laboratories and diagnostic test developers worldwide. As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be the spearhead of deal generation at Kimialys, actively working on expanding the company’s customer base while managing an existing team of 5 people to boost the overall prospection efficiency and visibility. You will also join the management team to participate in the company’s strategic decisions.

Who are we looking for...
- 10+ years of experience in the sales of innovative kits and services within the life science industry.
- Experience in participating to boards of directors in innovative companies, and managing Sales & Marketing teams.
- PhD in a life science discipline related to Kimialys’ activities.
- Established network of strategic players relevant for Kimialys.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales at C-level.
- Willing to go on the field globally to generate deals.
- Driven by innovation. Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills for client and internal team interactions.
- Native or fluent in English, both spoken and written. French would be a plus.

- Build and launch a new offering of standard ready-to-use kits for drug discovery applications, as of 2026.
- Grow Kimialys’ existing offering of bespoke supply and services.
- Manage transactions at C-level with strategic prospects and customers, leveraging different types of contract structures.
- Attend fairs and conferences worldwide.
- Set up and manage a network of distributors.
- Identify and lead Marketing initiatives.
- Manage Sales & Marketing teams.
- Set up and follow KPIs and goals to pilot the overall Sales & Marketing activity.
- Coordinate Sales & Marketing actions and establish procedures to create a robust and scalable Sales & Marketing organization.
- Manage the Sales process of Kimialys’ certified quality management system (ISO 9001:2015).
- Participate to strategic decisions within the board of directors.
- Contribute to Kimialys’ offering development, by identifying new potential high value-added kits and services.
