About this role
We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Sales Manager, to lead our commercial expansion across the United States. Who are we looking for...
- Bachelor’s degree required; PhD and/or MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated success in a field-based sales, business development, or market expansion role within the genomics or life sciences industry, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Hands-on experience with NGS, single-cell, or multiomics technologies, preferably in a commercial role or through their applied use in research.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop sales teams, ideally across geographically dispersed territories.
- Expertise in negotiating complex B2B or enterprise-level commercial agreements is highly desirable.
- Strong track record of selling to or managing commercial partnerships with academic core facilities, CROs, pharmaceutical companies, or translational research labs.
what you can expect...
- Manage our USA Development team, driving performance and market expansion. Collaborate with the Global VP to develop and implement sales strategies that accelerate our product adoption.
- Provide strategic support to the team in high-level business meetings and key account management, ensuring strong customer relationships and business growth.
- Partner with the Commercial Operations Lead to refine and enhance sales processes, pipeline management, and reporting through SFDC.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, R&D, and Product Management.
- Ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development and market positioning strategies.
