At a Glance

The collaboration between SRC-Search and Grenova, a US-based startup focused on minimizing plastic waste through the washing and reuse of consumables, began in 2022.

Grenova aimed to enter the EMEA market and needed to hire its first sales representative for the DACH region, along with building a complete sales team to support its expansion across Europe.

Challenge:

  • Securing the essential hires to drive Grenova’s expansion into the European market.

As a result of our collaboration, Grenova successfully filled seven strategic roles across both EMEA and the USA – an important milestone in their global growth journey. Among these were the company’s first-ever Field Service Engineer and Field Application Scientist, marking a significant expansion of their technical and customer support capabilities.

These foundational hires have not only bolstered Grenova’s presence in new markets but also enabled the company to scale operations while staying true to their core mission of sustainability. With experienced professionals now driving customer engagement and support across regions, Grenova is well-positioned to extend its innovative waste-reduction technologies throughout the life sciences sector. This strengthened team allows Grenova to better serve its growing global customer base, accelerate the adoption of reusable lab consumables, and reinforce its commitment to building a more sustainable and efficient future for scientific research.
