Armed with a PhD in Biology and past experience as a European Technical Support Supervisor at Agilent Genomics, Severine shook the science world by choosing recruitment over yet another genomics job. Fast forward to today, and she’s the go-to recruiter for some of Biotech’s coolest companies.
