About this role
As an Omics Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of biotech leadership, placing top commercial professionals into cutting-edge multi-omics companies driving the future of science.
You will own the full global recruitment cycle: strategic headhunting, business development, and managing global partnerships with clients and candidates across the biotech landscape.

Who are we looking for...
- You have commercial experience. 2+ year of (biotech) recruitment, sales, marketing, or customer facing roles.
- You are genuinely curious about the -omics world. Genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics: these are not just buzzwords to you. You have studied it, worked in it, or you actively follow it. That curiosity is what will make you credible with our clients and candidates.
- You have global ambitions. We work globally, spanning USA, EMEA, and APAC - often all at once. This takes some flexibility on how you structure your workday. We also travel the world to attend conferences!
- You have a real work ethic. You care about doing great work and are willing to put in the effort to get there.
- You learn fast and want to contribute faster. You pick things up quickly and ask the right questions. You are someone who can ramp up with pace and start making a real impact early.
- You have strong emotional intelligence. You can read a room, navigate sensitive conversations, and build trust with people at all levels. You understand that recruitment is a people business, and you treat it that way.

- Partner with pioneering biotech companies to build high-performing commercial teams from the trenches to the C-suite, across sales, business development, marketing, product management, field applications, and field service.
- Support candidates with genuine empathy and insight, offering honest career guidance and helping them take meaningful steps into impactful roles across the -omics space.
- Represent SRC-Search at key conferences and networking events across Europe and the US, strengthening relationships with the people shaping the future of life sciences.
