Who are we looking for...
- BSc (or higher) in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial sales, business development, or account management within the life sciences or genomics industry.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- A can-do attitude with the ability to engage effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Experience selling complex scientific products or services to research and life science organizations.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems, sales forecasting, and budget management.
- Strategic account management experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently under high-pressure conditions in a matrixed sales environment.
- Fluent English and German language skills are essential.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, technical support, and applications specialists, to ensure client success.
