Leveraging its advanced expertise in lyophilization, Enalees not only creates its own diagnostic products but also collaborates with partners across the healthcare, agriculture, and environmental sectors to support the development of customized molecular assays.
At a Glance
In 2022 had conquered 80% of the equine clinic market in France with its rapid PCR tests – now this figure stands at 95%. Seeking international growth, the company turned its focus to expanding into Germany and the UK. To drive this transition, SRC-Search was chosen as the exclusive recruitment partner.
Tasked with building the company’s first commercial leadership teams outside France, SRC played a critical role in ensuring Enalees had the right talent in place to execute its global expansion strategy.

Results
The collaboration between Enalees and SRC-Search has played a pivotal role in the company’s European expansion. SRC successfully recruited key commercial leaders for both the German and UK markets. This strategic hiring laid the groundwork for Enalees to officially launch its German subsidiary in Monheim am Rhein in January 2023, with SRC-Search leading the recruitment of the full sales team.
Throughout 2023, SRC-Search continued to reinforce Enalees’ commercial presence by supporting the growth of its French sales division.
In 2024, the partnership evolved further as SRC-Search took on the challenge of building a dedicated commercial team focused on the livestock diagnostics market, aligning talent strategy with Enalees’ entry into new verticals.
Most recently, SRC-Search extended its support to Enalees’ R&D division, helping attract key scientific talent to fuel innovation and product development.
