About this role
We are seeking a Sales Manager Molecular Diagnostics to lead our team in Germany. This position offers the opportunity to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and support customers in the rapidly evolving field of molecular diagnostics.

Who are we looking for...
- Scientific background with strong molecular biology expertise.
- Proven experience in sales of diagnostic IVD products, with a solid understanding of the German diagnostics market.
- Experience leading a small team is preferred.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and strategic thinker with strong communication skills at all levels.
- Fluent in German (native level) and proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license (Class B) required.

- New Business Development – Drive market expansion by identifying and acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our products.
- Customer Relationship Management – Oversee ongoing projects, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and expand product offerings with existing clients. Provide post-sales support, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure seamless troubleshooting when needed.
- Product Expertise & Training – Stay up to date on product knowledge to demonstrate, train, and educate customers on our solutions, ensuring confidence in their use.
- Travel & Representation – Travel frequently (up to 75%) to visit customers, support the field sales team, and represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
- Market Intelligence – Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- CRM & Reporting – Maintain and manage the Salesforce (CRM) system, track sales opportunities, monitor team performance, and generate reports for business insights.
